Return/Refund Policy


Regular products come with a replacement warranty for 30 days from the date of delivery. If your purchased item is defective or for any other reason, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved. Please note that this warranty doesn't apply to discounted/promotional/free products.

Sale/Free items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately, items on sale/free items cannot be refunded after you receive them as we only charged you for shipping, keep this in mind when you claim a promotional item.

Shipping costs (if applicable)

We offer free shipping on orders above $50, additional shipping charges are applied to all orders under $50. Shipping costs cannot be refunded once the item has been shipped.

However, if it has been more than 40 business days since your item was shipped and you still haven't received it, please contact us and we will refund even the shipping costs, please note that this doesn't apply if you accidentally put the wrong address in when ordering or the shipment was delayed/lost due to any other factors from your side.

If you have accidentally put the wrong address in when ordering, please send us an email right away to make sure your order isn't sent to the wrong address, once the item is shipped, we cannot do anything about it.


Orders cannot be cancelled if more than 24 hours have passed. Send us an email within 24 hours of placing the order if you wish to cancel it.
